As our Chief Technical Officer, Joe is responsible for the design and functionality of the Paris Bloom shopping experience, your shipping and returns experience and the technical backend of our company.
Joe is an active duty member of the U.S. Air Force where he flies the F-16. He earned his Bachelor of Science in business management from the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
What Paris Bloom Brand Promise are you most passionate about?
I care most deeply about our dresses being Timeless and Quality Composed. As a husband, I have seen Audrey purchase dresses that look good online only to have her disappointed in the quality and fit. That money gets thrown down the drain as the dress sits in a closet or is sent to a thrift shop, never to be seen again!
What type of shopping experience are you creating for our customers?
My efforts are focused on making the shopping experience frustration-free, from your initial visit to receiving your order and beyond. In order to do that, I’ve studied what consumers find annoying or confusing on other ecommerce sites and focus on ease of use in every aspect of our website. If you ever find anything frustrating or confusing, I would love to hear from you!
What is your favorite item in your closet?
My old comfy jeans! I don’t believe a dress is similar to a pair of my everyday wear jeans, but we should provide a product that is durable, stylish and that our customers want to keep wearing over and over again.
What do you do for fun?
Aside from flying (which is about the most fun thing in the world), I find joy in photography, camping, hiking and teaching my son everything I can about the world.
