Returns

United States customers enjoy one free return, for any reason.

  • Please send your dress back within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
    • Final Sale items. These items will be clearly marked as such and will clearly state that they are not eligible for return.
    • Worn, washed, or altered items. Items must be in original condition, without any marks or scents, in the bag, and with the hang tag still attached.
    • Gift Cards are not eligible for return and may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

After your first free return, you can return your dress for a full refund to the original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for the same dress in a different color or size only.

  • Exchanges are eligible for free shipping both ways, as long as they are for the same dress in a different size or color only.
  • We cannot accept returns on an exchanged item. Exchanged items are eligible for in-store credit only.
  • Items not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
    • Final Sale items. These items will be clearly marked as such and will clearly state that they are not eligible for return.

International Returns

International returns are accepted at customer expense.

  • Please send your dress back within 30 days of purchase.
  • Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund shipping costs.
  • We do not currently allow exchanges on international orders.

Shipping

In-stock items ship the same or next business day.

Standard Free Shipping takes 3-5 days, sometimes longer for more remote shipping zones.

Expedited Shipping costs $5 and takes 2-3 days to most of the United States.

International shipping may, in rare instances, take up to one month. Expect 7-14 days on average.

After your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number. Visit the provided tracking number link to get the best update regarding the status of  your package.

Paris Bloom is not responsible for items lost during transit, however we will do our best to work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue.

International orders will also receive a tracking number, but please note that the tracking may end after USPS has transferred the package to the final country's delivery company.

Secure Payment

Our checkout page is secure. We accept credit cards through Stripe or PayPal, both well-known, secure online payment processors. Both are PCI compliant and offer the best security available for online payments.

Paris Bloom may store a payment token allowing you to save payment methods, but the capture and processing of your credit card information is never processed or saved on our servers.

Paris Bloom takes your privacy seriously. The personal information we gather during checkout will not be shared with anyone, with the exception of our payment and shipping processors. For more information, keep reading below.

Payment Processors

Our checkout payment service is provided by Stripe or Paypal. Stripe and PayPal are payment processing services. As such, they will receive your full name, billing and shipping address, credit card information, CVC, zip code, currency, transaction amount, purchased products IDs, and quantity of products. Shipping

We calculate and print shipping labels using USPS. For this purpose, we will enter your full name, shipping address, and phone number (if provided) on USPS.com. USPS Privacy Policy.

Records

Paris Bloom keeps your records on file, both digitally and physical copies for a period of no less than 7 years. This is for tax and accounting purposes only.
