My thoughts:
1. I don’t have a lot of regrets. But when it comes to clothing I regret spending hours of time shifting through racks of the local brick and mortar mega store searching for classic style. Classic clothes are very hard to find. And with three children, I can’t go into a department store and have a relaxing time. The hundreds of dollars I spent on clothes that feel apart after a few washes is sickening. If I could go back and return everything I would and save all my clothing budget for Paris Bloom!
2. USA. Need I say more? I don’t think I have anything right now that is made in the USA besides my LL Bean boots. This is such a treasure to have quality clothing that is made right here in this great country! I no longer have to wonder if I am inadvertently supporting an unjust factory. Cheers to that!
3. THIS DRESS. The fabric is so thick. I can tell it is not going to pill. I love the Peter Pan collar. So classy and cute. I LOVE that I can put this dress in the wash. I have three children so it will need a wash a lot. I usually wear a size medium but I sized up in this dress because my bust is very large from nursing. I’m glad I did because now the buttons won’t pop. I wear a 36DDD right now for reference. I am a petite and curvy gal. I am five feet tall and the length falls below my knee, like a “midi” style. I will have it hemmed to my knee I think. The sleeves will also need to be hemmed but I just love that they are full length!!! Seriously I can just stare and smile at this dress! I also want to mention the fabric has a nice stretch to it. So you can move your arms around easily. It is not stiff at all.
I have my eye on other dresses. I have committed to no longer impulse buy cheap clothes and save up for these beauties!
Thank you Paris Bloom!
