All of our dresses are custom designed by us, which means sizing and fit are similar for every dress we offer. Once you find your fit the first time, we know you’ll be satisfied with any of our other dresses!

United States customers enjoy one free return, for any reason.
- Please send your dress back within 14 days of purchase.
- Items ineligible for return are listed below.
After your first free return, you can return your dress for a full refund to the original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges are offered for the same dress in a different color or size only.
- Exchanges are eligible for free shipping both ways, as long as they are for the same dress in a different size or color only.
- We cannot accept returns on an exchanged item. Exchanged items are eligible for in-store credit only.
- Items ineligible for exchange are listed below.
Items not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Final Sale items. These items will be clearly marked as such and will clearly state that they are not eligible for return.
- Worn, washed, or altered items. Items must be in original condition, without any marks or scents, and the hang tag still attached.
- Gift Cards are not eligible for return and may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
International returns are accepted at customer expense.
- Please send your dress back within 30 days of purchase.
- Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund shipping costs.
- We do not currently allow exchanges on international orders.
