Standard shipping is free to the United States! Free shipping does not require a code, and will automatically apply at checkout.

Standard shipping is via USPS and should take 3-5 days to most locations.

Expedited shipping is $5. Delivery will be 2-3 days on average to the continental United States.

United States Shipping

What shipping options do I have?

We offer two levels of shipping.

Free standard shipping is via USPS and can take from 3-5 days.

Expedited shipping is a flat $5 rate and takes 2-3 days to most of the United States.

When will my order ship?

We typically pack and ship the same or next business day. From there, it will take 2-3 days for your purchase to arrive at most continental U.S. locations. More remote locations may take an additional few days.

If you’re worried about your shipment, feel free to reach out to us! We recommend you check the provided tracking number or reach out to your local post office. They can typically help you much quicker than we can.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes!

You will receive an email with your tracking number after it has shipped. Create an account using the email address from your order. My order says delivered, but it's not here!

We experience this ourselves, more than we would like.

Don’t worry, it’s usually not porch pirates! Sometimes the post office accidentally scans packages as delivered when they actually are not. Your package will likely be delivered the next day.

If not, the next step should be to reach out to your local post office with the provided tracking number. They can provide much better insight into where your package is located.

International Shipping

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! And we even have a special discount, just for our international customers!

We currently ship to any country that USPS will ship to.

Since we know buying from another country can be painful, Paris Bloom gives an automatic discount, applied at checkout, to international orders! This is to offset the cost to you since we offer free shipping the the U.S.

How much does International Shipping cost?

Shipping costs do not include any import duties or taxes (see the next FAQ for more information).

We realize international shipping can be a big expense, so we offer an automatic $5 discount when shipping international!

Our current international shipping costs are calculated per item. 

Canada / Mexico: $15 per item
All Other Countries: $20 per item

What do I pay for duties and import taxes?

Paris Bloom is not responsible for paying any duties, import taxes, or fees. Depending on your country, you may be assessed a fee based on the value of the order. Payment is the responsibility of the recipient and is typically collected at the time of delivery.

We can’t guarantee that your shipment won’t be delayed with your country’s Customs Office. Please consult your local Customs Office for further information.

When will I receive my order?

International shipments may add an additional business day of processing. After shipment, depending on the country, it will typically be anywhere from 7-14 days. Please note that it could be longer for some countries.

If you have not received your shipment in 2 weeks, we ask that you check the tracking number provided. If it has been transferred to your local carrier, it might be quicker for you to contact them directly.

Tracking

For most countries, we are able to provide tracking all the way through post office transfer and to the final destination. Tracking information, if available, will update in your order details.
